U10 75, 400, Long Jump (400m is a distance race for U10)
U12 100, 1200, Long Jump & Shot Put 
U14 100, 200, 1500, Long Jump & Shot Put 

Max 3 individual events plus relay permitted

 All track events will be manually timed.
