THIS EVENT IS NOT OPEN TO U10 ATHLETES IN YEAR 3 OR 4

ALL TIMES ON THE START LIST ARE PROVISIONAL AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WHEN ENTRIES CLOSE.

Masters will compete in Senior events using appropriate equipment.

THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY

Trials in field events.  Under 12 and Under 14 athletes will be allowed 3 trials in the jumps and throws.  All older age groups will be allowed 4 trials with 2 warm up trials.

ALL U12, U14 & U16 ATHLETES CAN ONLY TAKE PART IN 3 EVENTS ON ONE DAY UNDER UK RULES AND ONLY 1 DISTANCE EVENT

AGE GROUPS

U12 = [School Year 5 & 6]

U14 = [School Year 7 & 8]

U16 = [School Year 9 & 10]

U18 = [School Year 11 & 12]

U20 = [School Year 13 & 14]

maximum athlete entries per event are limited to 20

NORTH WALES Eligibility

  1. 2. Residence: Continuous current residence within the area covered by N.W.R.A.C. for at least 9 months. 3. Retention: An athlete may retain his/her existing qualification to represent N. Wales and compete in the N. Wales Regional Championship, provided that he/she has not represented another Region or County, nor competed in a different Regional or County Championship in the same year of competition. 4.Where an athlete competes for a club not based in Wales but does qualify on one of the above three criteria.

 

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
