NWCCA CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS
The North Wales Cross Country Association, in partnership with Welsh Athletics will be staging MIXED Christmas Cross Country Relays at Eirias Park, Colwyn Bay on Saturday 14th December 2024.
All teams will consist of two male and two female contestants within the following age groups (please note there will be two masters categories: 35-64 & 65+):
All distances and times are approximate
12:00 Under 11 4 x 1 mile;
12-30 Under 13 4 x 1.5 miles;
13:15 Under 15 4 x 2 miles;
14:00 Seniors/Masters 4 x 2.5miles
Entry Fees for all age groups is £10 per team to cover the costs of first aid and a few prizes.
Closing Date for team entries 6th December @ 23:59 although individual team members can be changed on the day declaration.
Clubs can enter as many teams as they wish in any of the age groups.
