• ENTRY FEES: £5 for 1 event,£10 for 2 events and £12 for 3 events
• CLOSING DATE: Sunday 16th April 23:59
• FIELD TRIALS: Per age group Only 3 trials in throws and jumps 
• AGE GROUPS: U11, U13, U15, U17, U20 and Seniors plus Masters.
• Masters can throw their weights for field events.

U11 75m & 150m
U13 - Senior 100m and 200m
U15B, U15G, U17W 300m
U17M, U20M, U20W, Senior Men & Women 400m
ALL age groups 800m
U13 - Senior One Mile race

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK. [UKA website link]

Any athlete wishing to retire from the sport of athletics must put this in writing to the club and Welsh Athletics and cancel any applicable membership. Official retirement will remove the athlete from being under the auspices of UKA’s anti-doping rules.
