????? The course consistsc of two fields which in total are approximately 2km in length. The first field (start and finish field) is flat whilst the second field has a few hills, which we will be taking you up and down a few times. The course is all grass, so studs, trail shoes or spikes are recommended. Shoes are likely to get muddy!

???? Your race numbers are available to collect from Lian and Emma. The numbers you are given will be your race number for each league race so please make sure you give your numbers back to Emma and Lian so they can keep it safe for you for the next race!!! Please wear your Colwyn Bay vests - if you need a vest, please let us know before Saturday ????. The weather may be a little ‘autumnal’, bring plenty of clean dry clothes and socks to change into afterwards.

? Please arrive with good time to pick up your number, warm up and have a look at the course. I would aim for a good 45 mins before your race starts. We can’t give exact race times as the races all follow on from each other but rough start times of each race are; 10.30 u15 boys, 10.50 u13 boys/u15 girls, 11..05 u13 girls, u11 boys, 11.15am u11 girls - these are an approximate guide - it all depends how fast the races are on the day.

???? A final reminder that the course is at Llanerch Hall, LL17 0BD on the Trefnant side of the Tweedmill Shopping Outlet. It is signed for Trmeirchion – ignore “Road Closed” sign.
