North Wales Cross Country League 2 @ Eirias Park
01/11/26
Wow what a day at the home round of the North Wales cross country league at Eirias Park. We had a record breaking 53 CBAC athletes taking part, that course was certainly orange today
Lots of first timers earning their stripes today; Samuel, Ella, Roksana, Tom, Sandra and Jenson
, and great to see so many of our athletes working hard, and improving race on race
. I seem to think we may have had a couple of age group winners today although I shall wait for the results before we announce them. Bernie and his team will be collating the results and they should be available soon.

Despite the challenge of severe visual impairment, Bruce was eager to tackle the 1.5 mile course. He had navigational help from Lian and Ella around the course - who both had to work their socks off to keep up with him!! Fantastic running Bruce
Can we also just say a great big thank you to Russ, Vicky, Sheelagh and the massive army of Marshalls today who helped set up the course, marshall the course and then pack it all away (complete with a litter pick). What a great day today for CBAC, you have all done yourselves and the club proud
