Well done to sprinters Dylan, Cari and Hugo who took part in the North Wales Christmas Inodor Open on Saturday. Each of them achieved fantastic personal bests in their events. Dylan (u20) ran 7.50 taking a massive 0.4 seconds of his previous best time from earlier in the year. Cari (u15) ran a speedy 7.42 taking 0.32 off her previous best and Hugo (u13) ran 8.84 over his first 60m race.. Hugo also achieved a PB in high jump with 1.25m and jumped 4.03m in the long jump. Great achievements for all of these athletes, your hard winter training is paying off
