Ruben Selected For Welsh SIAB team

Whooop , the Welsh team has been announced for this coming weekends SIAB international and we are delighted to say that Ruben has been selected to represent Wales in the 1500m steeplechase and Cari has been selected as a team Wales reserve for the 100m. We are all so proud of the hard work and dedication which you both give to your training and it is great to see these rewards. Both Ruben and Cari compete in the u17 age group and this achievement is all the more incredible as they are both in the younger year of their age group. Llongyfarchiadau mawr to you both
