Run With The Wind

Wow!! what a night, Last night 18th June saw the first run with the wind competition in North Wales held at Bangor. We had nearly 30 athletes taking part in the individual events and we had several more who took part in the relay races at the end of the event. The Sun shone brightly all throughout the event and the wind helped to play a part and push athletes to earning new PB's.

 

A big well done to all the athletes that attended their first competition for the club, a big thank you to the parents who gave up their time to bring their children and to support all the clubs athletes, we were once again the loudest club that showed support for all the athletes. There is always a load of good feedback to say what a supportive and friendly group of athletes we have attending competitions.

 

The next competition for the Junior Athletes, Age group U11 to U15's will be 27th July

 

All our athletes keep doing the club proud with every passing competition and it was nice to see so much orange and black around the place, from athletes and parents wearing orange and black face paint to girls having orange incorporated into their hairstyles.
