Week Ending 19th April Update

A mammoth week which included mountains, PB’s, hyrox, duathlons and finished off with more PB’s for our athletes…..
Enya kick started the week running the junior Tuesday evening series, finishing 3rd out of the girls on the gruelling Mynydd Allt Wen.
Saturday saw 8 of our athletes enjoying the competition offered by the Warrington Open; Aneia, Casi, Eban, Elin, Jona, Jake, Lois and Maddie - all bringing back an impressive haul of PB’s across a range of disciplines including sprints, 600m, 800m and for the fearsome Aneia - the 1500m steeplechase!
Owen had a superb day representing his tri club at the duathlon in Pembrey, while busy Enya was in action for her tri club Gog at Harlech

.Sunday was a day of hyrox for some of athletes at the Colwyn Bay barn - well done to Elin who was 1st and Freya who was 2nd in their age category, 
Meanwhile, three of our older athletes were representing the North Wales team at the first round of the YDL in Blackburn, where each returned home with new PB’s; Lyds in the 100m and 200m, Eira in the 100m and Ruben in the 800m
