Weekend Round Up 13th April

What a Saturday! I hope everyone has dried off and warmed up! Massive thanks and well done to all our athletes (plus all parents and families) who represented the club in either Warrington or Bangor.

 

 

The weather has not been the best at either location. Heavy rain and soaking conditions in Warrington and a strong, bitter wind and rain at Bangor. Honest, our 800m runners looked like they were running up a mountain on that backstraight with that wind pushing them back!!!

 

 

A great turnout, huge amounts of posivity and progress, lots of athletes trying new distances and field events for the first time, and everyone giving 100%!!!

 

 

Special thanks to the organisers of both events and all the volunteers who give their time freely to timekeep, officiate and ensure the smooth running of these fixtures .
