Another fabulous evening on Friday night at the North Wales Endurance Open at Deeside AC. All of our athletes performed brilliantly and did us proud, representing the club with determination, focus and, as always, lovely manners! Lots of smiling faces heading home afterwards which is always a pleasure to see!

Some great running from our seniors on Saturday at the Rhos on Sea parkrun Neal running along in 19.48, Ian Taylor with a new pb of 21.21 , Marcus Wilton-Jones in 20.34 impressive after recently completing the Manchester marathon, Jared and josh ran together helping each other, with Jared flying round with a new pb of 18.49 and Josh Mottram smashing his pb by 44 seconds in 18.45
( Never underestimate the power of helping each other achieve goals, might be an individual sport but the friendships and achievements accomplished are the joy of being part of a team)
Robert Evans also ran but couldn't see his time but he was up front
