Sienna travelled to a very hot 36° Trafford Athletics Track on Bank Holiday Monday.
200m - 1st in her heat being the only U14 (age 12) against U16 and U23 age category male and females and 2nd overall-smashing her PB from 28.09 to 27.21.Sienna Came 2nd in Long Jump and 4th in Shot Put. Sienna is currently ranked 2nd in Wales in the U14 Women's 200m and 2nd in Wales in the U14 Women's Long jump.
On Wednesday CBAC had an absolute storming night at the Run with the Wind sprint night! The evening started with 75 & 100m being run in blistering sunshine and 28° heat, concluding 2 hours later with the 400m being run against the wind under a dark blanket of storm clouds, thunder and lightening in 16° temperatures! The great relay challenge had to be abandoned (a wise decision as the hailstones, rain and forked lightening hit just as we’d packed up!) however, WHAT a night, a whopping 
entries, loads of great performances, lots of cheering, lots of team spirit and a packed evening of CBAC talent! WELL DONE to you all!
