Well done Alfie

This weekend was the Senior and U15 Welsh Indoor Championship's in Cardiff. 

Alfie, one of our star athletes in the U15 age group travelled down to the championship and took part in the 1500m and 3000m events. These are his first track events in the U15 age group. 

His first race was the 1500m and in a high quality field, Alfie came an excellent 3rd whilst setting a new PB of 4.49.10 his second race was the 3000m and in a very close and competitive race, Alfie ran a superb time of 10.09.46.

Well done Alfie, you've done brilliant in the Welsh Indoor Championship's and set you up for a very good season.
